As part of the Beşikkaya Dam Break Analysis project conducted by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSİ), the project contractor, Dolsar Engineering Inc., is carrying out the technical analysis with Vortechs Engineering serving as the subcontractor. The study involves evaluating the dam's structural characteristics, storage capacity, and potential break scenarios to perform HEC-RAS 2D-based flood propagation modeling. The resulting analysis outputs will provide the technical foundation for the development of the Emergency Action Plan (EAP).
